Dr Kim Griffin had been working as an associate at the Church Street
Dental Practice in Saffron Walden, Essex for eight years when the
opportunity presented itself for him to buy the business. As dental
practices rarely come on to the market it was a once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity for Griffin.
But it was also a daunting task, not helped by the fact that another
buyer was interested. Griffin didn’t have time to delay. He had invested
many years of work into the practice, and had moved his young family to

alien to me,” says Griffin.
